Who we are

The Resident Steering Group is made up of about 15 residents from all tenancies. They are supported by PPCR, your independent advisors. The group plays a central role in the regeneration of the area. They scrutinise and advise on YourMK’s engagement with residents, making sure residents are a key partner in the process.

Sylvia, Chair

I have lived here for 21 years. My previous careers have been as a specialist counsellor and manager of an unemployment training centre. I am passionate about empowering others. Personally, I am open minded about the proposed regeneration and have no bias towards any particular option. I have faith in the co-design process and am keen to encourage and motivate as many residents as possible to get involved as much as possible.

Sheriden, Vice Chair

Hi I'm Sheriden. I am the vice chair of the Fullers Slade Resident Steering Group (RSG) I have lived on Fullers for four years now. I like to help people like in my job as a service desk advisor for B&Q, finding answers to the questions being asked. I have in years past done canvassing for elections. I believe in community and Fullers has a fantastic community that is worth helping to make even better.

Bianca, Vice Chair

I wanted to get involved in the RSG to make sure that homeowners concerns regarding the regeneration are being addressed together with the concerns of council, private and housing association tenants. I would like to make sure that people are aware of their rights when it comes to making their choices during the regeneration process and would like to support the community and individuals on this difficult journey.
