Regeneration in the Lakes Estate will focus on Serpentine Court. In Serpentine Court, the council owned homes are in need of significant investment, refurbishment or replacement.
To fund some of this work, new homes will be built in the Lakes Estate. You can find out more about these sites by looking at the Neighbourhood Plan later on this page.
Serpentine Court Steering Group (SCSG)
The group is made up of residents and businesses within Serpentine Court. Supported by Tpas, your independent advisors. The group plays a central role in regeneration. They scrutinise and advise on YourMK's engagement and plans with residents, making sure residents are a key partner in the process.Click here for more information
Independent Resident Advisor

Working with residents
We want you to be fully involved in helping us create the plan for Serpentine Court.
HTA are the architects who will lead the development of the masterplan for the area, with residents. Their role is to engage residents in a co-design process, where residents and architects design new spaces together.
We plan to hold a ballot on the regeneration design options options in September 2018. We will continue to work with residents to develop plans and fully understand the implications of the plans. All residents over the age of 16 are eligible to vote on the plans for Serpentine Court, as long as they are registered on the electoral roll. You must be registered before you can vote on any plans.Click here to register to vote
